What DAM provides
DAM is an evidence-oriented tool for assessing public claims, suspicious messages, links, and related information. It may provide summaries, sources, risk indicators, and suggested next steps. DAM is in active development and some features may be limited, changed, or unavailable.
Not professional or emergency advice
DAM does not provide legal, medical, financial, law-enforcement, or emergency advice. Do not rely on DAM as the sole basis for a high-impact decision. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency service or qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
- Use DAM lawfully and do not submit content you are not authorised to share.
- Do not submit passwords, OTPs, PINs, card data, bank details, Aadhaar numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
- Do not use DAM to harass, defame, impersonate, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or violate another person’s rights.
- Independently review important sources and decisions. A result labelled as supported, risky, unverified, or incomplete is not a guarantee of any outcome.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DAM a limited, non-exclusive permission to process that content only to operate, secure, and improve the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including messaging-channel integrations, to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. We may limit use where needed to prevent abuse, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
Intellectual property
DAM’s branding, software, interface, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except where applicable law permits it.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every result will be complete, current, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Termination
You may stop using DAM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, if use creates risk, or if we are required to do so by law.
Governing law and contact
